Pretty good, could be refined

Great experience, quick and clear communication. Easy to navigate website, bit annoying however when I closed my browser and returned I had to fill out the form again there was no option to save and finish later.

Great Support Team

I had applied for loans that weren't successful (not NF fault, its my own), I was approached by a scrub company, so i raised an enquiry with their Support team in regard to past applications.I can not say how quick, responsive, clear and helpful they were! Which is the reason for this 5 star review. The information and help was wonderful and cleared up all and any questions i had, along with ref links etc! Thank you! Great service!
