What a dismal application experience. Application put through for debt consolidation to lower our monthly repayments, everything went through until the last step and got declined for serviceability issues even though we have never missed a payment for the things we are trying to consolidate. Told them this over the phone and same excuse... no feedback and we had to ring them!
