The women cleaning are amazing, but the brothers who co-own the business have no knowledge of business fundamentals. I worked for them and everyday saw something increasingly concerning, employees paying damages out of pocket because they don't have accident insurance, and if the company does they still make the employees pay. They are rude to customers and employees, and pay $18 an hour for women who have been working for 4+ years. Clients not being able to change the date of $1200 cleans. Shabeer and zubiar do not care for clients or employees and I have witnessed them ignore client calls when issues arise.
