I have a proper pension (CIVIL SERVICE) & so a few years ago took advantage of the offer by my new employer to join a NOW pension to save a lump sum for a house deposit to help my son. At the beginning of June i asked to withdraw the Lump sum ( i am over 55 & therefore entitled to the funds), so far its taken 5 weeks & Now have only today confirmed they have my forms- apparently it will now take anything up to another 40 working days (8 weeks) before i can actually have MY money - someone really needs to be asking questions about how this company is allowed to continue, the FCA should investigate, This is completely unacceptable.
