NOW Tech Start is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating practical opportunities for young IT specialists in Ukraine. We help junior developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers gain real project experience through challenges, hackathons, mentorship programs, and MVP development.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real industry practice. Many juniors struggle to find their first job because they lack practical experience, teamwork skills, and projects for their portfolio.
