NOW Tech Start is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating practical opportunities for young IT specialists in Ukraine. We help junior developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers gain real project experience through challenges, hackathons, mentorship programs, and MVP development.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real industry practice. Many juniors struggle to find their first job because they lack practical experience, teamwork skills, and projects for their portfolio. We address this problem by offering a structured and supportive environment where participants can learn by doing.
We run IT challenges based on real business cases, organize collaborative hackathons, and guide teams through the full cycle of building MVP products. Every participant works with mentors, receives feedback, and develops skills that are essential for starting a career in tech.
