Bought cladding for outdoor use here a few months ago and we had one section unfinished and had to wait until the cladding came back in stock before purchasing the extra lengths. Without a doubt the product had faded and we mentioned same to staff at the desk and was then met with a grilling from 3 members of staff about how there is no “dye” in the product that the colour that faded is in fact dust and that it’s normal. I have never had an encounter like it from “customer service” total utter disrespect and lack of compassion for the customer. In fact they were so condescending and rude and most definitely were trying to imply we were stupid! There is simply a default somewhere after putting the new cladding up this afternoon they are 2 different colours - I can understand weathering in Irish weather after years of rain and wind but a few weeks for something I might add is not cheap is disgraceful. Won’t be recommending Noyeks for products nor customer service!
