I am sharing my experience with NPBFX for transparency.
I had two real trading accounts with NPBFX, both opened in 2020 (different account types). Both accounts were funded and existed for several years. I received official account statements from the broker confirming trading activity and positive balances.
In December, I logged into my client area and discovered that both trading accounts were no longer visible.
When I contacted the broker, I was told that no funds had ever existed on my accounts. This statement contradicts the official statements and account confirmation emails previously issued by NPBFX.
Since then, I have repeatedly requested the broker to provide the account ledger and full transaction history in order to clarify what happened. As of now, no ledger or clear explanation has been provided.
No formal notice regarding AML restrictions, forfeiture, or the legal basis for closing the accounts was communicated to me.
I am still awaiting a transparent explanation and disclosure of the account ledger.
