Margaret went above and beyond for my partner and me and at every stage of our leasehold flat purchase she kept things moving satisfactorily. Despite an incredibly high workload which was exacerbated by a some very trying and unforeseen circumastances on Margaret's firm's side she worked with us to keep us up to date and complete the purchase in exactly 4 months. Margaret made herself available via phone, email and text and every request and question from our side was answered. Margaret's tenured experience in the industry is incredibly valuable and she was able to pivot to cope with different situations throughout - nothing went overlooked especially with regards to our leasehold queries and we were content that there would be no surprises on move-in day. We are very grateful to Margaret (and Nicola) for their support and work in getting us into our first home.
