Had a very bad experience. There were lots of delays, some mistakes, but mostly there was really poor communication: once I couldn't get through for a week, even to leave a message, and had to contact the SRA to see if Nicola was still in business. Then 10 days before crucial due completion date I was charged last-minute extra fees, which doubled the estimate! Nicola's paralegal assistant in particular did pull out the stops in last week to try to get to completion, but the rest of the 8 months the delays and poor communication made a difficult move much more stressful, not feeling I could rely on my solicitor. Definitely not in line with the promises on the website! Sadly Nicola didn't seem aware of the issues with her performance.
