Kevin was amazing from start to finish, he was very quick in getting back to us and communicated with us every step of the way.Only 1 issue we had was when Kevin was on leave, if I called or emailed for an update nobody got back to me after being told a few times they would - however as soon as Kevin was back he updated me straight away as to where we were in the process.
