Terrible experience, really shoddy workmanship

Terrible experience, my advice is stay away. New boiler installed by NRSECO in Feb via Gov Grant due to daughter’s severe disabilities. Boiler pump running constantly since they left even when no heating is switched on. Pump is noisy, keeps us awake at night. I have to isolate boiler at electric mains switch to get some sleep every night. Boiler does not work properly; system is full of air which we cannot stop happening no matter if we bleed towel rails and rads 20 x a day. Boiler is noisy and barely gets water to lukewarm after 4 hours. I spoke to Bosch technical who came out next day and checked boiler – no fault on boiler – they say its installation error, probably wiring.Boiler was supposed to be fitted into the kitchen cupboard previous boiler was hidden in, but they couldn’t be bothered to cut a new flue pipe outlet higher where it needed to be to hide it, so used the old one so now the new boiler sits too low and hangs below the cupboard in an unsightly manor and they just sawed through the cupboard and plinths to bodge the cupboard to fit around it. “Smart” Rad valves fitted everywhere, absolutely useless, my daughter’s bedroom one won’t turn rad on, and another room not used is like a sauna even thou valve is switched off. Noisy and not doing what they claim at all. Vents for air flow in bathrooms not placed where I specified, in the kitchen they cut 2 huge holes in the wall and just left one incomplete damaging the surrounding décor. They wrenched off the kickboards causing considerable damage, ran the unsightly condensing pipe around the outside perimeter of my house although I had instructed them to put it internally through the kitchen cupboards and connect to the sink drainpipe instead.Drilled a large hole in outside wall to check wall insulation and left it, so then I had bees nesting n it in the summer!Reported boiler not working properly next day (Feb) to NRSECO, no response at all, repeatedly called and email over next week without any response. Logged it as a complaint with Trust Mark in Feb, which appeared to get lost, then on chasing was told to contact NRSECO’s regulatory body, Simply Certification which I did 4 months ago and we are STILL waiting for them to come and inspect……Meanwhile, we still don’t have a working system
