my wife hurt her back six months ago so we are on universal credits. was dubious about applying for loft insulation and boiler. Left a message with my number and they phoned back the next day. Had a survey done two days later. The following week the boiler and loft were done on the same day. Boiler men turned up at 10 o’clock and loft men turned up at 12 o’clock both were hard working.
