5 guys arrived from NRS ECO, I had my old boiler replaced, the tank was taken out, loft insulation done, an extractor fan fitted in the bathroom, all the old pipes and water tank from the loft removed, now my water comes in directly instead of being routed around the house, I used to boil a kettle to wash the dishes as you wasted so much water waiting for the hot, not any more!!
