We applied for a boiler grant in December and within mins of the application being approved online we received a phone call to confirm all the information. An hour later a surveyor called to book an appointment to come to the property to see exactly what needed doing. He arrived on time, went around the house to see what's what and explained exactly what was going to be done. Within 2 days an appointment was booked with NRS Eco Limited for a new boiler to be installed aswell as trickle vents in the windows, a fan in the kitchen and the loft insulation was renewed. 6 men were at the property all day and they did a fantastic job! I have to say that Nauman was exceptional in sorting a slight issue in my loft but Salam Brother were absolutely fantastic in sorting the insulation and boarding my loft. They all did an absolutely fantastic professional job and a job extremely well done.
