I applied for a boiler grant for my mother and she was successful in her application. NRS Eco LTD handled the installation from carrying out the initial survey to commissioning the installation. They were very efficient and the job was done within a week. They were excellent in communication by keeping me updated throughout the process. They checked in on us throughout the installation process during the day and also followed up after the installation was complete to ensure we were satisfied. The team of engineers sent out to do the work were also friendly and professional. They completed the job within a day and demonstrated clearly how the new boiler operates before they left.They were on time and took care of our recently decorated property while the installation took place.
