I originally gave two stars only because of delivery time. In actuality the package was delivered to my second house, which I had specified, while I was away. I didn’t know it because the app tracker I was using stated the package was held up in customs. Nordic customer service reached out immediately to find the cause of my displeasure. They found the package had been delivered. I appreciate a business that cares about their customers and quickly rectified the issue. Nothing beats great customer service other than a great product, they have scored on both points. I definitely will be a return customer.
