Edit: NTG reached out and offered some options to make this right. Their customer service is top notch. I ended up trying the temperature range that is a little warmer, and we are happy with how it performed.Shipping and communication were great. Even coming from another country, my products arrived in a decent amount of time. The product itself(6-12° tacky) was less than ideal. This tacky was really greasy and didn't perform well at the upper end of that temperature range. I will give them another try in the future, they do have a nice range of products for strongman.
