Update following the company's reply:When i canceled the study access i did inform the reason,i left a constructive feedback. Now you are saying that you contacted with emails and i refused support? this is not true! I received 2 calls during the working hours which i couldn't answer and got your voice mail saying you want to support. Well after 3 months, wondering how can you support ?, and i find intimidating your calls because obviously you are bothered by my negative review. I have no more time to waste. Of course i had to consider another study provider and i'm extremely happy with them. What's the problem?, this is the purpose of reviews to help others make the right choices, like you or not. This is a honest experience and this is a material for your company improvement. Just learn to get feedback and work on them. *******Tried to study the TM CPC for a career change and had over 1 year of pain as on the full time employment same time. The course notes are not giving enough information to pass the tests. Also came across errors on the course notes and is missworded. If you don't complete in 1 year, must purchase additional access. I had to stop as i don't trust i'm given a quality service. Tutors are replying quick but not professional. They say to check the course notes if don't know how to answer a test question, but the info is not provided on the course, had to Google a lot and i'm asking myself for what i had to pay over £1000.The provider seem trying their best but there is a lot to improve in offering the right service. The learning was not enjoyable the way it is made and doesn't worth the money.
