Initially, they presented impressive case studies of products they had helped succeed. After paying nearly $5,000 upfront, we saw some initial progress with listing optimizations and investments in new media. However, three months later, our sales were still zero. We then opted for their advertising package, committing an additional $5,000 monthly budget, but still no sales followed. By that time, we had invested around $10,000. When we raised concerns, a meeting with leadership was arranged. Instead of viable solutions, we were told success with niche products was 'very difficult,' contradicting their earlier claims. They suggested we abandon our original strategy entirely. After four months and nearly $15,000 spent, we decided to end our collaboration. We verbally agreed not to pay the final invoice, thinking it best to cut our losses. Yet, nine months later, we unexpectedly received a debt collection notice for nearly $2,000. We are extremely disheartened by this experience and feel compelled to warn others. Summary: Big promises, no results, strategic confusion, and a debt collection letter.
