I spoke to Christopher about two months ago as I wanted to update beneficiary details after making a will. He was friendly, clear in his instructions and seemed to have endless amounts of patience. It was my second phone call on the subject so Christopher gets a well earned 5 stars.What I don't like is that with all this new technology and security we have at our fingertips I have to go back to the 1980's to get anything done. It seems everything requires a phone call and completed forms have to be posted, emails are not accepted.As I'm in Australia I have a small window of opportunity to phone and I tend to forget, plus postage is lengthy and uncertain. I was told I would receive an email acknowledging receipt of the form I posted. That was two months ago and I haven't heard anything. So where is that form which contains so much private information?
