Customer service appalling online chat available cannot speak to a real person me and my family have always supported the brand however it’s only when something is wrong your eyes are opened to the poor lack of service or acknowledgment to what is wrong. I purchased jacket in the sale online True to my size I ordered a medium only to find it’s more suitable to a XL customer I contacted the store within 5 minutes of delivery only to be told its sale item your stuck with it . I did not want a refund a credit note or correct size jacket would have been acceptable but No basically $110 out of pocket which I work hard for. Will never recommend or myself family and friends will never shop there again so in Theory Nude Lucy is the losers we will never shop there again.
