Hmmm why didn’t I read these reviews before buying anything from this store . I returned an item purchased that would fit an elephant not a size 14. Nude Lucy agreed to refund not exchange . Item returned . I receiver email confirming return received . Since then no response to my requests for an update on my refund . 24 February almost a month . Crickets . If you ever buy anything from them make sure you want it because returning it and getting an exchange or refund seems impossible . Might go to ombudsman if no response .
