*** this company is simply reselling what the actual metal building companies already sell. NuEco does not employ an architect or builder- he simply connects you to the actual builder. He uses a free program to give you an estimate and then connects you to the actual supplier. For this estimate NuEco charges you thousands extra on top of what it actually costs. Go the actual manufacturer- they have the actual engineer who creates the product and will work with you. Save yourself thousands and the hassle of potentially getting scammed like we did. NuEcosystems doesn’t even have an engineer- they have a free estimating tool that is available online for free. Please note that an engineer has a license- they do not have one despite his rebuttal claim. NuEco also claims that the problem was we changed our design so much - despite the fact that they not only aren’t responsible for design changes but we didn’t sign the contract until we were introduced to the Pueblo Colorado Company - which means NuEco wasn’t even responsible for design changes - that would be with the builder! Why Nueco would decide to use that as a defense for keeping our money is beyond me. Re: NuEco Response: The owner used our money to pay off a personal debt with the metal building company he recommended to us. We have proof of the wire transfer and documents. The owners are WELCOME to request their day in court for defamation but he has not- not once. One of the many documents that can be presented would be an email - from us to R.D. - begging him to release the money so we could indeed move forward with the very same project we had contracted for. I would love to have a court moment - As the company has pointed out our names - I encourage anyone who would like the full file of documents to contact us and we will be happy to share. PLEASE NOTE the owner DOES NOT DENY THAT HE HAS BEEN SUED BEFORE FOR A SIMILAR SITUATION!!!!While we appreciate the attempt at doxxing- pls note - I have unique name and am happy to email the complete file to anyone who is considering trusting their had earned money to them. ——-The owner and his business partner - received over 7,000.00 dollars to build granny flat for us. They took a check by wire transfer and have since (15 months) refused to refund and now we have lost contact. It was the settlement money from our dead son they received. Update- R. D. refused to return the money to us as promised- but he did pay A PORTION of it to a third party for us. RD and his partner M.S. has been prosecuted for fraud here in Maricopa County and now operates out of a PO Box in Castle Rock as well as Ron operating out of a PO Box. I am happy to upload over 100 pages of false statements RD made to the Attorney General- ranging from claiming he deserved all the money had spent all the money on engineering- which he couldn’t provide proof. I can upload proof of our money being sent to him. He refused to refund it but stalled us for almost a full year while he had our money. RD has since done this to two other couples that we know as well.
