In any event, even with oil going on the diffuser (IF ITDID) then the diffuser will still work anyway! Bottom line is she wans hermoney back and she is not going to get it!‘ ———This is the rude message the wrote to me on email . Absolutely terrible customer service so unprofessional!!Sent me a faulty diffuser back after I paid shipping charges refuses to take ANY responsibility even after I sent evidence . This company should’ve banned . Will be reporting to trade standards .
