I tried the serum a few years ago, and while it worked, it caused significant irritation. After receiving a refund, I decided to give it another shot this year, hoping for a better outcome with less frequent application. Unfortunately, after only two uses, my eyes became very itchy and red. I followed instructions carefully, applying only to my upper lashes, but the irritation was overwhelming. I reached out for a refund, but since I had previously received one, they refused. I received instructions on usage, but the irritation is simply not worth the lash growth. Very disappointed.
