had a bit of a freakout cuz my deposit didnt show up instantly in my account even though the money left my bank... i contacted the live chat and a guy named mark helped me out. he was super chill and told me it happens sometimes with certain payment methods and it showed up about 10 mins later. really glad they have actual humans working there and not just those annoying ai bots that never give u a straight answer
