Overall it is the worst customer service I have encountered. I lost my phone and need my phone number for account verification. As present, I am unable to get a sim to reactivate my t mobile account and my cell does not have esim capability. I requested to port my number to numberbarn and for some strange reason my request was cancelled. I contacted numberbarn thru their support (which is email) and each time I was told a person would contact me in 24 hours to give me status and a solution. I sent 4 or 5 request to support and only rec'd a standard reply that numberbarn support would get back to me in 24 hours --never happened. If all goes thru with out a problem, no issues with numberbarn. But a company is mainly judged on how they handle problems. With that being said, I would not use numberbarn. I will cancel my request and go else where
