I read some of the 5-star reviews about Number Barn before I started but honestly I am having the same experience as Rose and a few other lesser star reviews. I do hate that most companies are going to this " DON'T BREATH ON ME " customer service. Number Barn asks EVERYTIME! to create a ticket, I've created at least 3-tickets for support. I have received 2- email responses but it never gives me a way to reconnect with support. I have to create another ticket and the cycle continues.A phone number company has NO PHONE NUMBER! Go figure? That is quite ironic. I am not satisfied with their service so far.. I am still waiting with bated breath, haha.
