Although the process was unnecessarily convoluted with our cell provider, Jessamyn at Number Barn was empathetic, patient and persistent with the porting attempts. I'm so much happier to give them my number than our prior provider!Tip: if you need to use another physical SIM while waiting for the porting of your number, convert your cell number's SIM to an eSIM if you have the option. We eventually had to do this so we could "catch" whenever our prior provider sent us the SMS to confirm the port out.
