I am really upset with this company making 5 million in gross sales a year from a PO box and 12 employees. They allow me to open an account, and they allow me to start a port in of my number, and then their sensitive computer security system determines that I am high risk, and my account is closed and my transfer is cancelled with no explanation and no assistance provided to me whatsoever. I emailed to customer service their LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION agreement that a "manager" was supposed to review. No response! Now my phone number is in limbo. It is no longer with my old carrier and not with Number Barn either. I need to find out who owns my phone number. And no humans to answer a phone either just to "save money." And their office is closed on Weekends. I am getting my lawyer involved, hope it was worth it to "save money." The customer service manager named Jeremy Watkin is suffering from the Dunning–Kruger Effect, and he takes week long vacations without someone to cover his work, and he forces me to answers his questions multiple times. Plus, he expects me to know why his computers refuse to do business with me. I have no idea! That is his responsibility to know.
