I love NumberBarn.com and have been able to obtain not only a number I was seeking - which took some time to look through what I really wanted and finally located it. The process is just so simple and straightforward, there are no hidden tricks or fees. You get what you pay for and the cost is extremely affordable to house/PARK in the BARN too! Special shout out to Christina and Cade for ensuring the number I purchased was a smooth process from start to finish! I have never encountered any issues nor has problems with the services provided. NumberBarn has most answers already available in their Help Pages and if you cannot find an answer - yes there is a support team that is amazing that you can reach out to! The bad reviews you may see are from individuals who didn’t read the terms and conditions of how NumberBarn works. The disclose is straightforward and not long to read. You can purchase a number, yes there is a time frame on some numbers that have an estimated date, the price you pay is what you see on the purchase. Most numbers can be ported out to your cell phone carrier but yes there is a disclosure that there are some rare circumstances that can occur on the carrier side not allowing the number as NumberBarn is straightforward that ALL numbers on the platform are classified as LANDLINE AND NOT WIRELESS. Most carriers can take the port in of the number without issues, but it’s not NumberBarns issues if the carrier you are trying to port in to DECLINES it.The rule of thumb is, always contact your carrier FIRST and see if they allow the port in if numbers that are WIRELINE - that’s your job to do as there are many carriers out there - the 3 top ones are Verizon, AT&T, & T-Mobile but then you have dozens more of the piggyback carriers that use the main carriers network (usually at a fraction of the cost) Remember it’s your responsibility as the customer to make sure your carrier allows the wireline transfer and if you want to be safe - provide them the number you are interested in bringing over before purchasing if you are not sure. Again - customer’s responsibility not NumberBarn. If you read how it all works and understand the process of time it takes to port wireline numbers out - it’s NOT instant like carrier to carrier - there is a wait time. I love the service! Thank you!
