The representative was incredibly helpful and provided valuable tips on how to use the pans correctly to prevent the issue from recurring. Additionally, they offered a replacement for one of the pans, which arrived the very next day—super fast! I expected just the individual pan, but since it was part of a set, I received an entire new set instead, which was a delightful surprise. For the second pan, which was unfortunately out of stock, they kindly issued a refund rather than making me wait. The customer service I received was truly exceptional, and I’m very thankful. The pans themselves perform brilliantly when used properly; they don’t stick at all. I’ve cooked a variety of dishes, including fried eggs, French toast, and tomato stew, and nothing has ever stuck to the bottom. I absolutely love my pans. Thank you to the company!
