There was an issue with my original delivery due to a courier mix-up, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, the Nuovva team handled it really well. Their customer service was polite, responsive and proactive in resolving the problem, and Cherri (customer service) was especially helpful in getting everything sorted.
Replacement pans were arranged quickly and arrived safely in the end. Really appreciated the communication throughout and the effort to resolve the issue. The pans themselves are great quality and I’m happy with the purchase overall.
