I ordered a pair of thigh band pro plus on 10/16/2025 at $599. See a price reduction to $469.99 with coupon code FALL10. Emailed customer service by contact us on their website and by replying to the order confirmation email on 10/18/25. No replies at all. The pair of thigh band arrived 10/24/2025. It looks totally different from their website. With no brand name on the band itself, on the instruction menu or even on the package. The band material is cheaply made, the LEDs are of different qualities compared to the JOVS and MEGELIN products that I used. The thigh band cannot even fully wrap around my thigh. I am a US SIZE 0. It comes with a separate Velcro strap to wrap the band around your thigh which was so inconvenient. I didn't expect I am paying this pair of garbage for $599.On the website, it states standard version with 120LEDs, Pro version with 180LEDs, Pro Plus version owith 240LEDs. I counted the numbers of LEDs and it is 120 per leg pad. So I want to clarify with Nurabeam that I am receiving the right product.I contacted customer service through their website, and also by replying to order update emails several times. No replies at all!!!I filed a dispute with CITI, my credit card company on 10/27/2025. I gave them all the information and emails I have sent to Nurabeam regarding my purchase. And that I never receive any responds from them and suspected that this company is a scam.CITI sent me an update that they have contacted the merchant, that is when Nurabeam finally replied my message back from 10/25/2025.They told me that the device I received is the Pro Plus model. There is 120 visible LEDs and additional invisible LEDs. I couldn't believe them as I have been waiting for a month for a simple reply. And that the LEDs are INVISIBLE!I requested to to a return, and they said they are unable to issue a refund for devices that have been used. I told them I didn't use them as I think they are not the products I originally bought. And I have been waiting for their replies!!!I send them the return policy from the product website.
