I gave three stars because after consistently using my Pro Plus since the middle of July - I haven’t missed more than 10 days total - I am beginning to feel results. Everyone is different, but it’s hard to believe people see a REAL difference in 30 days. I purchased two Pro Plus thigh bands earlier this year so I could do both legs at the same time. I also purchased the warranty. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the bands look nothing like the pictures shown on Instagram and FB. I believe it is false advertising.I emailed NuraBeam on 11/03 and again a couple of days ago regarding a replace part (battery). The website says they generally respond within 72 hours, but I’ve heard nothing. If anyone from NuraBeam is checking reviews, please respond and let me know when I can expect to receive my battery.
