ok so i never write reviews but i feel like i have to. my arms have been my biggest insecurity since forever. like i’d avoid wearing sleeveless tops even in 100 degree weather bc i hated how they looked.when i bought these bands i didn’t really believe they’d do anything. i just thought whatever, one more try. i almost cried the other day bc i looked in the mirror and for the first time my arms didn’t look so… soft? they looked a little tighter. i know it’s not some crazy overnight change but it’s the first time i felt hopeful in YEARS. so yeah this means a ton to me, thank you nurabeam
