One star is an understatement for this company/products. I have sent numerous emails about my order and got zero responses. Didn’t receive my package for a full two months. I paid a lot of money to not get any package updates, delayed product, and not to mention products that don’t work. I’ve been trying for over a week to figure out my thigh pro plus pads. I think I got the wrong product plus the red light does not light up, no directions as well. It says money back guarantee if it doesn’t work but I can’t get ahold of anybody to get it sent back. Super glad I spent a hefty penny for the worst experience of an order.
