okay so I've been using the waist band for a couple weeks. My skin does feel a lot tighter after each use and i am seeing a more toned appearance. I recommend not setting to the highest level because it can be to much. I catch myself just doing it multiple times a day because it just feels amazing to use it. also, they don't talk about this but the band gets warm and is sooooo relaxing omg. it even helpes me with my back pain. I'll probably get the neck wrap next once i receive my next paycheck. Regarding the order it came in a reasonable amount of time and well packaged. Haven't had any communication with support so i cant comment on that.
