I wish I could give them zero stars! They are scammers!!! Buyers beware. I ordered from them back in June 2025 and still no product as of August 2025. After numerous e-mails to them with no answer, someone finally responded and offered to send me another product, for which I reluctantly agreed. After weeks of waiting and no communication, I reached out numerous times again, with no response. I'm now disputing the credit card charge. SCAMMERS!!!!!Update: Don’t believe their B.S. folks. They are liars and scammers. They make promises they don’t keep. Happy to respond to you. The first I’ve learned of a shipment is through Trustpilot! You have failed to bother to respond to ANY of my emails requesting an update… ANY UPDATE! Your customer service is the worst. Silence is no way to treat customers. Now, queue your long, helpful sounding response. You’re liars and scammers. Let me offer a correction… the first I’ve heard of a tracking number is through Trustpilot.I received no such email in my spam folder or any other folder. I suggest you check YOUR spam folder for my repeated requests for information. BTW, there are also at least three emails demanding my money back!Once again, no email was received as claimed on August 12th. I learned of a tracking number when NuraBeam responded to this post. I don’t want your product… a two month wait and countless emails later requesting a refund is just too much. All I want is a refund and for you to admit that your customer service is the worst. Period.
