Received a set of outdoor solar lights instead of Nurabeam product ordered. Contacted Nurabeam by email and received a reply acknowledging incorrect item delivered and that my order would be reshipped via priority. I have emailed twice since to get the new tracking number but no response. I don’t think anything was reshipped. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Nurabeam. I see now this company replied a priority replacement was shipped. That is incorrect as if it were priority the tracking number would have been supplied within a few days. I tried multiple times to reach out for the new tracking number and no response. That is why I submitted for a credit card dispute because no replacement was shipped and 2 weeks passed. I could only assume this company was just stating that to keep my payment. My original order shipped within a few days with a supplied tracking number. So a priority shipment definitely should ship and tracking number supplied at same if not less timeframe. I do not trust the word of this company and now trying to twist facts. I have all email documentation as well. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I see a new response. If a replacement was sent as stated then why was there never a new tracking number supplied by this company. I asked for this information multiple times as they said a replacement had shipped. No replacement was ever received so they must have a way to recall the shipment.
