Total scam. They sneakily subscribe you to recurring monthly payments of AUD$600 ... who in their right mind would willingly sign up for that - for a serum??? Then when you contact them about a refund, they seem responsive and nice but nothing happens. It's been 15 working days since they promised me a refund would arrive, and nothing. In the meantime another cheeky subscription appeared on my account, only for USD$23 this time (thank the lord) so I've had to ensure they have no way of accessing any of my accounts moving forward. Not to be trusted - they say they're about health and wellness, but that's a blatant lie. It's a scam to make money. Don't buy.
