I placed an order worth 150 euros. After a week, I was informed that my products were being processed, but after another 8 days, I still hadn't received any updates. I reached out via email to express my concerns and ask for compensation. Eventually, I got a tracking number, but they simply stated, 'We understand anticipating your product is exciting.' Now, as we approach Christmas, I discovered that my order has been at customs since December 10th. If I hadn't checked on it, I wouldn't have known. I would have appreciated more diligence and communication from the company regarding the delays. I had intended to gift some of these jars to a friend for his birthday and share them during the holidays, but that won't be possible now... I plan to revisit this review once I feel my concerns have been properly addressed.
