Started out with excellent customer service support for first few months but now my earpiece has failed after just 6 months and I am unable to get a reply from Nurosym customer services regarding getting a replacementedited 7/10/25: Confidence in this company completely restored! I have now received a reply and a new earpiece should be with me tomorrow which is much appreciated and a fast response once contact was made. I must say that the customer service staff are always very helpful and courteous and Johnette in particular was so encouraging and helpful when I was trying to get used to the Nurosym in the early months. I am glad I have persevered with it and although I still have a way to go I am starting to see results. I only wish that the earpieces were longer wearing but hopefully my next one will last longer!
