I’ve trialled this device for about 8 months in total Disappointing Underwhelming Expensive I contacted customer services twice about the earpiece which is hopeless for small tragus to start with and it was giving me a sharp shock periodically The response was generic reposition it on your tragus not helpful as all it did was slide off constantly or give me electric shockThey don’t help They don’t stand by their product it’s a bit of a scammy item really. It didn’t work and the anxiety for why you buy it for is really preyed upon in their marketing pitch
