Having to leave this review as it is impossible to speak to anyone at Nurosym, all that happens when you email them is you get an AI BOT reply requesting same information on it that you have already submitted! Each time I reply, the same AI BOT reply happens.The unit was not suitable for me as it increased anxiety and panic attacks. I contacted the company to return, and it was relatively simple process submitting the relevant details. Then I heard nothing and when trying to contact them for an update all I get is AI responses that don't help at all.I fear there is no support at Nurosym post purchase so be carefully if you are choosing to purchasing of these expensive units.Further update: They responded to this review, but have not contacted me nor refunded me!
