First off- the product is great. I got it in May and my whole family have noticed how much calmer I am. It does what it claims to and was exactly what I needed, being stuck in a cycle of stress/anxiety which began in my peri-menopause. It wasn’t stopping me functioning but was definitely impacting my quality of life. I tried all sorts of anxiety management, ate an unprocessed diet and exercised regularly but this product definitely gave me the best results. I did have an issue with the earpiece not functioning after a few months of use. Within a few days of not using the device I noticed increased irritability and anxiety. Support contacted me initially with some problem fixes and when that didn’t work have agreed to send me another without charge.
