I have not yet experienced any significant changes. I bought it in the hope that it would raise my HRV as i had already read about but sadly it has not but for the price i paid i am not about to give up yet.I have a small head so my ears are also more child size and the area of skin where the vagus sits is also small making it difficult to fix it around my ear, it keeps falling off. I do not wish to try and shape it any further as it is quite rigid and i am afraid it will break or loosen the wiring inside. Adjustable it is not !I wonder if it is working properly because of the mounting problems.It says to use it on the opposite ear if necessary but it is designed for the left ear so this makes it again difficult to get ot to sit firmly with the wiring and the clip.I would love to have an ear piece for smaller vagus/ears instead of one size fits all because it doesn't fit me.Maybe this could be a future option, different sizes of ear pieces with wiring for both ears not just the left one.
