I really like the Nurosym device. But.. I received the Nurosym as a gift. After six or seven months the earpiece started to work less and less and finally it “died” ;) (although I was really careful with it!). I emailed them with the problem. They couldn’t help me out because I didn’t have an order number…and told me I just have to buy a new earpiece. Since it was a gift, I didn’t have those details!! Although I had the number on the device & another code on the official box that came with it, they couldn’t help me. Not very customer friendly! I had to buy new earpcies - 70 euros including shipping coasts!And what if the device stops working? Then I also don’t get the 2 year warranty and have to buy a whole new Nurosym… Adaptation: they reached out to me and refunded the new earpiece! And also arranged the 2 year warranty on the device, that’s awesome: 4 stars!
