The product works. It reduces anxiety and helps me sleep better. The company were very helpful when the earpiece stopped working properly, and replaced it for me. I did wonder, after using it every day for weeks, whether the tragus might become desensitised to electrical stimulation and stop feeling it. It seemed that it was starting to, but since then I've had a long break, and haven't been using it every day since I restarted. I guess if the area does become kind of numb, you could just take a break or try a different area.
